Completion of BIRTHFIT Coaching Seminar
Alicia has been doing CrossFit for 5 years and has been coaching for 3 years. Before being introduced to functional fitness, she hated exercising because nothing could hold her interest. After her first workout, Alicia knew she found where she belonged (even though it was thrusters and burpees!). Having experience coaching cheerleading and gymnastics, she realized her passion was in helping others meet their fitness goals. Alicia focuses on safe, intentional movements, and is especially interested in prenatal and postpartum fitness. No matter what phase of life you are in, she is dedicated to helping you maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
