At MET. Performance Lab, our philosophy is simple. Stay healthy, have fun. Too often than not, people dread working out and let their health fall to the wayside. We believe that working out should be the best hour, or more, of your day.
At MET. Performance Lab, we employ a variety of full-time coaches, so that you always know who you will be working with. Our coaches have years of experience in coaching fitness, both group and personal, and sports, both high school and collegiate. No matter the class you are taking, you will always find an enthusiastic coach that is dedicated to helping you reach your goals.
What We Offer
At MET. Performance Lab, we have a wide variety of offerings for all walks of life and skill levels. In our open-gym structure, we offer a multitude of hour long CrossFit classes 7 days a week. Also offered are daily specialty classes, such as endurance, gymnastics, mobility, and Olympic lifting. For those looking for more of a challenge we offer Personal Programming upon consultation. Regardless of your level of fitness, MET. Performance Lab can help you on your road to transformation.
Whether you are new to fitness or have been previously working out, getting started with us at Met. Performance Lab is simple. For beginners, we offer our elements program to familiarize even the newest of athletes to our methodology. For seasoned athletes we offer an accelerated introduction to get you started.
